Poor South Korea

Its sad when there's specific legislation against your country, from a much poorer country, to prevent marriages.  Good for Cambodia here if their hearts are in the right place (I have my doubts here considering how much underage prositution there is that country).  Are there other examples like this of a much poorer country making a decision like this that seems so economically lopsided?

New Blog

Here's where I'm going to post the random theories, ideas, and questions that I don't seem to have an outlet for today.  First idea: Going low tech.  As communications become more and more advanced, keeping communications from becoming machine readable becomes a barrier to entry.  However, barriers to entry are ideal if you're trying to keep a secret.  So if I were trying to keep secrets, I would have a relatively simple encryption system, but send messages via handwritten faxes with special characters.  I'm sure most OCR systems are still written with roman characters in mind, so the more you can get away from them, the better off you'll be, as committing data entry resources presents problems for security of information and timeliness that are so much more important given today's world.
